Building Condition Assessment

The purpose of a building condition assessment (#BCA) is to provide an overview of the condition of a building's physical components. This involves a review and evaluation of all existing information collected through a document review, interviews, and a walk-through survey. A BCA may assist in reducing uncertainty about potential liabilities and may be a basis for further investigation of a property as well as be used to make informed decisions about property transactions, identify certain baseline building conditions, assist in meeting regulatory requirements, and for due diligence related to financing of a property. After months of rigorous training, we are pleased to now offer BCAs in-house! #liability #assessment #ourservices #ABLocal #SKLocal #Nichols
